THe Mission

When Quality Body Works came to us, they were in the middle of a brand refresh with Visual Concepts and needed a website and social presence to match — something that finally reflected who they are and what they stand for. For nearly five decades, QBW has been the kind of shop that treats customers like family, goes to bat against insurance companies, and refuses to cut corners. They didn't need a new identity. They needed the world to finally see the one they'd always had.

Our creative vision was simple but ambitious: make this feel like a Ford commercial. Not another forgettable local business video, but something world-class — the kind of content that stops the scroll and commands attention. We built a full content ecosystem around the people at the heart of the shop, putting every employee front and center, because at QBW the craft and the culture are inseparable. The deeper strategy was to do at scale what QBW already does naturally — lead with transparency, educate their customers, and let the quality speak for itself. The result is a brand presence that doesn't just reflect their values of family, community, and dedication to the craft — it establishes them, without question, as the premier auto body shop in the region.
